Match to a peer at your level

The program requires you to coach a peer and a peer to coach you. You’ll both be matched based on: your seniority level, years of experience, size of company and stage of company, in order to meet your match.

How does it work?

1) Apply and pick your development goal

Apply and help us understand:

  • What you’re interested in developing

  • What things outside of work you’re interested in

  • What type of person you connect with well

2) Get matched to a peer who’s mastered your development goal

Go through our matching service to find someone who is at the same level as you, who can help you achieve your goals:

  • Paired with another leader at the same seniority level as you

  • We’ll match you with someone who we think you’ll get on with

  • You’ll help your peer coach on an area they want to focus on

  • They’ll help you on an area you want to focus on

3) Complete our personalised coaching program to help you both thrive

The worst coaching or mentorship sessions have no guidance, whereas we’ll give you a detailed breakdown of what to discuss in each session:

  • Prep work and home work for all sessions to ensure you’re prepped to get the most from each session

  • The program will last 8 weeks and involves socials, case studies, feedback and review sessions, skill overviews and more, all structured by Lore to help you both max out the time

4) Sessions are a mix of IRL in London and online over 8 weeks

Long distance dating sucks, so imagine long distance coaching?! We’re only going to pair you with someone in your city, where:

  • At least 2 out of the 8 sessions will occur in real life

  • Your peer is picked so you can develop a long term relationship and build meaningful industry relationships

  • Weekly sessions start in Jan and will end in March 2025
